The reason for starting my journey at Primal.

Health wise, I was over weight and I wanted to get back into shape and also challenge and discipline myself.

What were the 3 most important things you did to achieve your results?

1-Weight loss and muscle gain

2-Better understanding of diet and Nutrition what foods to eat and portion control through meal prep

3-Reduce alcohol consumption 

What was most challenging and how did you overcome these challenges?

 Social events were a challenge when it came to diet and drinking 

I allowed myself to eat the foods but tried to focus on eating cleaner so more protein and vegetables, limited Fried foods, high fat and carbs and I didnt drink alcohol- instead choose low/no sugar drinks 

What changes (habits, lifestyle, mindset etc) have you noticed?

Feel more motivated, happier and my energy has increased i no longer feel cravings for unhealthy foods. 

 What advice would you give to someone trying to achieve a training goal similar to you?

I’ve learned to take it week by week and just stay as consistent as I can. I know results don’t happen instantly, and I’ve had plenty of days where I slipped up or completely fell off the plan. But I’m reminding myself that what really matters is getting back to it as soon as I can. It doesn’t have to be perfect — it just has to keep going
