Your journey starts with an in-person consultation at our gym—an opportunity for your coach to understand your goals on a deeper level. During this session, we explore your training history, lifestyle, specific objectives, and any limitations to ensure your program is built with precision.
Your coach will conduct a comprehensive assessment, asking refined, targeted questions about your desired outcomes, timeline, and any previous or current injuries. This allows us to design a plan that is both effective and sustainable.
From there, you’ll receive a tailored program outlining the ideal training approach, session frequency, nutrition guidance, and recovery protocols. Every recommendation is curated to support your goals and deliver a truly personalised, results-driven experience.
What does your PT session involve?
We have two types of PT services: 1-1 PT and Small Group PT.
1 - 1 PT
1-1 PT is Ideal for persons:
-New to fitness and training,
-Recovering from an injury,
-Have a specific training requirement such as a sporting skill,
-Want to prepare for an event such as a wedding within a tight time frame.
1 - 1 PT is where you have the full attention of your coach during the entire session. Each session is 45 mins and can be scheduled at your convenience. Sessions can be scheduled from 6am to 7pm.
Small Group PT involves training in a group of up to 3 persons at a time. You get a personalised training sessions suited to your needs. Sessions are 45 mins and can be scheduled at your conveniences between 6am and 7pm.
Small Group PT
Ideal for persons who:
-Have previous fitness and training experiences,
-Want to expedite towards their training/fitness goal(s) faster
-Prefer to train with others,
-Want a more economical PT service,
-Have more flexibility in their training days/times
