The principle behind this is to purposely created a situation whereby your body is off centre or balance. To then return your body to it’s centre mass (balanced state), you will need to engage your deep core muscles. These exercises are more efficient at building your deep core muscles compared to traditional exercises such as sit ups, and leg raises and static planks.
