In these 2 vids I’ll show you 2 exercises using my favourite training equipment – the Deadball. These exercises will help you improve full body coordination and strength. The first exercise, duck and weave, I use it for my boxing conditioning. The second exercise is Overhead Carry to Slam, a good one to improve shoulder and trunk stability. Add these 2 exercises to your strength and conditioning sessions to boost the intensity and get your heart rate up!
